We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
What can be returned?
- ✓ Items that are faulty or damaged on arrival
- ✓ Products supplied incorrectly (wrong item sent)
- ✓ Products that do not match the description on the product page
- ✕ Change of mind on opened or used products
- ✕ Products that have been mixed, diluted, or altered
- ✕ Opened bulk chemical orders (unless faulty)
How to lodge a return
Email sales@gumdrop.com.au or use our contact form. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue — photos are helpful.
Do not return any items without prior approval. We'll review your request and confirm whether a return is authorised and advise on next steps.
Once authorised, securely package the item and ship it to our warehouse. We will provide the return address and any specific instructions at this stage.
Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund or dispatch a replacement. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return details
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.
Where a return is due to our error (wrong item, faulty product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return freight.
Due to the nature of chemical products, we cannot accept returns on opened bulk orders unless the product is faulty. Ensure you order the correct product before purchasing.
When contacting us about a return, photos of the issue greatly speed up the process. Include images of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defects.
Our returns policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
