Delivery questions
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including metro and regional areas. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Victoria metro: 2–3 business days. Victoria regional: 3–5 business days. NSW, ACT, SA, QLD metro: 3–5 business days. WA, NT, TAS and regional: 4–8 business days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on weekdays are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. The current threshold is shown at checkout. Some bulky or hazardous items may be excluded from free shipping offers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently deliver within Australia only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Collecting your order in person
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We offer order pickup from our warehouse in Epping, Melbourne — by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted. See our Pickup Information page for full details.
Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse is located at 11/43 Scanlon Dr, Epping VIC 3076, in Melbourne's northern suburbs approximately 25 km from the CBD.
How do I arrange a pickup?
Place your order online, then contact us on 1300 121 588 or via our contact form with your order number to book a time. We'll confirm your appointment via phone or email before you attend.
Product grades, bulk orders & safety
Are your products food grade or cosmetic grade?
Grade varies by product. Each product listing clearly states the grade and suitability for specific applications. If you are unsure whether a product meets your requirements, please contact us before ordering.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes. We cater to businesses, manufacturers, and bulk buyers. Many products are available in drum and bulk sizes. Contact us for bulk pricing and availability.
Do you have Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
Yes. SDS documents are available on individual product pages and on our Safety Data Sheets page. If you cannot locate the SDS for a specific product, contact us and we will provide it promptly.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order quantity applies to standard retail purchases. For custom bulk orders or wholesale pricing, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Business accounts & bulk orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale accounts for qualifying businesses. Visit our Wholesale page or contact us directly to discuss pricing and account setup.
Can I get a quote for a large order?
Absolutely. Email us at sales@gumdrop.com.au or call 1300 121 588 with your product requirements and quantities and we will get back to you with a quote.
Are you an ABN-registered Australian business?
Yes. Gumdrop Australia is an ABN-registered Australian business. ABN: 15 990 178 113. Tax invoices are provided with every order and available on request.
Returns, refunds & damaged items
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on opened or used products. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Do not dispose of the packaging until the matter is resolved. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
