How do I apply for wholesale pricing? +
Fill out the application form at the bottom of this page. Once approved, tiered pricing is automatically applied to your account based on monthly order volume. Most applications are processed within 2 business days.
How does tiered pricing work? +
Your discount is based on monthly order volume. Starter (10% off) starts at $500/month, Growth (15% off) at $850/month, and Scale (20% off) at $2,000/month. Enterprise pricing is available for custom volumes — contact us directly.
Do I need an ABN to apply? +
An ABN is recommended but not required. We approve accounts for registered businesses, sole traders and new operations. Just include your business details in the application form.
Can I order quantities not listed on the site? +
Absolutely. For quantities beyond what's listed — including pallets or custom container sizes — describe your requirements in the application form and we'll prepare a tailored quote.
How quickly do you dispatch wholesale orders? +
Wholesale orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Epping, VIC within 1–2 business days. Most metro areas receive delivery within 3–5 business days. Freight options for large palletised orders can be arranged on request.
What payment methods are available for wholesale accounts? +
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For high-volume accounts, contact us to discuss invoice payment terms.
